Beschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the procurement and implementation of a new enterprise application within a large-scale construction project. This application will integrate with multiple existing on-premise and cloud systems and support complex data and information flows among numerous stakeholders. This is not just an IT project?it involves business process transformation, stakeholder engagement and organisational change across multiple internal departments and external partners (designers, construction contractors, suppliers). The successful candidate will manage a high-profile, multi-million-euro initiative with significant impact on operational efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise application implementation using PRINCE2 or APM methodologies. Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and schedules; report progress to the Project Board. Stakeholder Management: Engage and align 6+ internal departments, external vendors, subcontractors and suppliers; manage competing priorities and change requests. Process Analysis & Change: Ensure current and future business processes are documented; ensure requirements are validated and aligned with application capabilities. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and business risks. Vendor Coordination: Act as primary liaison with external application vendor and internal IT teams (6+ systems impacted). Training & Communication: Oversee user training, change management and communication plans. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, timelines, benefits and budget constraints. The contract for this role will be the Modelovereenkomst Consultancy, Opdracht ZZP or Opdrachtverstrekking.
