Beschreibung

Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the Supply of Silent Phone Booths. The procurement covers the supply, installation, and maintenance of acoustic phone booths designed for secure and confidential communications in office and operational environments. Requirement Overview Procurement of silent phone booths with acoustic insulation and noise reduction capabilities. The booths will provide secure communication spaces for personnel requiring confidential conversations in shared office environments. Supply will include installation support, user training, and ongoing maintenance services to ensure optimal acoustic performance and operational reliability. Require dedicated acoustic phone booths to provide secure, confidential communication spaces for personnel across multiple office locations. These booths must deliver high-quality sound insulation to prevent eavesdropping and external noise interference, enabling secure conversations for sensitive operational, administrative, and personnel matters. The booths must be modular, easy to install, and capable of accommodating standard office telecommunications equipment. They will support compliance with security protocols and enhance operational effectiveness by providing designated secure communication areas. Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform. The Unite Procurement Platform offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
