Beschreibung

The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research, Research Station Matre, shall replace the existing programmable logical control units (PLCs) in the current control plant/operations control plant. The procurement includes the delivery and installation of the necessary PLC and hardware components, as well as programming, configuration, integration, testing, verification and commissioning of the new PLCs. The work shall be carried out gradually, without the entire plant being taken out of operation, and with the necessary cooperation between the existing and new PLSs in the transition period. The delivery shall be integrated with the existing control, alarm, history and security functions and shall ensure the continued stable and safe operation of four trial departments at the research station. The facility is used for research and trial activities where continuous regulation and monitoring of, among other things, water level, water quantity, temperature, oxygen level, salinity, alarms and safety functions are crucial for biological safety, research results and animal welfare. The contract applies from the signing of the contract to replacing, integration, testing, verification and commissioning of the new PLCs have been carried out and approved by the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research. The planned completion date is 31 December 2027.
