Beschreibung

IKT Agder IKS intends to enter into a contract with Visma Flyt AS for the trade system Visma Flyt PPT for the PP services included in the ICT Agder cooperation. The procurement includes user rights, establishment, operation, maintenance, upgrades, user support and necessary integrations. The system shall support the PP services professional and administrative case handling, document handling, archiving, communication, access management and processing of personal data. The contract ́s estimated total value is NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is calculated for a combined contract period of eight years and it can be adjusted as a result of the final contract extent, agreed clarifications and price index regulation. The procurement shall be implemented pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2. The contracting authority requires a solution specifically designed for the Norwegian Educational and Psychological Counselling Service (PPT) and adapted to Norwegian legislation, administrative procedures, language requirements, national integrations and information management requirements. The required functionality is closely integrated with existing user management, role-based access control, data integrity controls and Norwegian public-sector digital services. Following a market assessment, no reasonable alternatives or substitutes have been identified that can satisfy the contracting authority's overall technical and operational requirements. The contract will be signed at the earliest when ten calendar days have passed, calculated from the day after the date of publication of the intention notice. Any objections received before the contract is signed will be considered before a final decision is made on signing the contract.
