Beschreibung

Troms county plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for computers and IT user equipment, as well as Teams Rooms units with accompanying meeting room equipment, shortly. Prior to the competition, Troms county has held a market dialogue in the form of a Request for Information (RFI), in which the market has provided useful input on the procurement ́s content and design. As a part of the further work, the county now wants to send the competition documents for a hearing to the market. The aim of the hearing is to quality assure that the requirement specifications, price model, qualification requirements and award criteria facilitate good competition and at the same time take care of the county ́s needs. The hearing shall also contribute to uncovering any uncertainties, inappropriate requirements or conditions that can limit the competition unnecessarily. We invite all interested suppliers to review the attached documents and provide input. The inputs will be treated confidentially and will not be visible to other suppliers. Note that Troms County will not reimburse any costs you may have for responding to the hearing. The feedback will be assessed before the final tender documentation is determined. We note that the county is not obliged to comply with the inputs. Participation in the hearing is voluntary and will not give any competitive advantage in the later procurement. We greatly appreciate the market ́s contribution and look forward to constructive input. Tenderers are asked to contact the RFI via the communication function in Hyyr.
