Beschreibung

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency [FMA] informs all tenderers who have answered previous RFI's in the procurement 2025041255 (trade fair and service uniform with the accompanying articles) that the competition, in contrast to what has been previously signalled, will be announced as one combined competition without sub-areas, so that the contract requires tenders for the entire article width. The procurement is deemed time critical because the current framework agreement has expired and the need is increasing, and announcements can be expected soon after the hearing. As part of preparatory market surveys in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 12-1, a provisional requirement specification will be sent at a hearing, together with a RFI where tenderers can voluntarily challenge the requirements, especially as regards older uniforms, comfort, durability, price and delivery time; the input is not binding for FMA. At the end of the hearing period, a supplier conference will be held in the Oslo area with a plenary meeting, presentation of product samples and the possibility for voluntary 1-1 conversations, where suppliers are encouraged to clearly state what are business secrets. All questions, answers and minutes will be published openly (with the sladding of business secrets) at the latest by the notice, cf. PPR § 12-2, so that everyone gets the same information, and suppliers are encouraged to send questions in writing in advance. Written input must be submitted by 9 October 2026, and the FMA emphasises that participation does not give any advantage in the later competition.
