PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE ENGLISH VERSION Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Dostawa kilku (do sześciu) maszyn polerskich do polerowania 4” podłoży azotku galu (GaN)”. Maszyny powinny spełniać następujące parametry: Maszyna polerska jednostronna z minimum trójstanowiskowym dociskiem realizowanym pneumatycznie lub inną metodą umożliwiająca obróbkę zgrubną oraz dokładną podłoży GaN o rozmiarze 4”. Waga maszyny powyżej 800 kg. Konstrukcja układu dociskowego musi zapewniać odpowiednią sztywność maszyny: tarczy, jak i siłowników. Siła docisku jednostkowego uchwytu – min. 130 kg Obroty tarczy głównej od 0 do 90 obrotów na minutę lub więcej Tarcza polerska o średnicy – min. 600 mm Maszyna ma zapewniać możliwość równoczesnego polerowania minimum 9 sztuk podłoży 4”. Maszyna musi posiadać możliwość sterowania pojedynczymi siłownikami układów dociskowych. Maszyna wyposażona w programowalną automatykę procesu polerskiego – obroty, obciążenie, podawanie ścierniwa i lubrykantów, czas. Układ montowania podłoży – adhezyjny lub na uchwytach (holderach) Zasilanie 230 V lub 460 V Maszyna wyposażona w obudowę zewnętrzną Maszyna o podniesionej odporności chemicznej (kwasy/zasady) ENGLISH VERSION The subject of the contract is the "Delivery of several (up to six) polishing machines for pol-ishing 4” gallium nitride (GaN) substrates." The machines should meet the following speci-fications: • Single-sided polishing machine with at least a three-head pressure system, operated pneumatically or using another method that enables both rough and fine processing of 4” GaN substrates. • Machine weight: over 800 kg. • The design of the pressure system must ensure adequate rigidity of the machine, in-cluding the platen and actuators. • Unit pressure force of the holder: minimum 130 kg. • Main platen rotation: from 0 to 90 revolutions per minute or more. • Polishing platen diameter: minimum 600 mm. • The machine must allow simultaneous polishing of at least 9 pieces of 4” substrates. • The machine must allow control of individual actuators in the pressure system. • The machine must be equipped with programmable process automation – control of rotation speed, load, slurry and lubricant supply, and processing time. • Substrate mounting system – adhesive or via holders. • Power supply: 230 V or 460 V. • Machine equipped with an external enclosure. • Machine with enhanced chemical resistance (to acids and alkali).
